<title><p>Behining siz bilmagan hususiyatlari</p>

<section><p>Behi asabni tinchlantiruvchi eng zo`r vosita. Ayniqsa, bolalarda tushkunlik holati kuzatilsa, ushbu mevadan va sharbatidan ko`proq iste`mol qilishsin. Behi kishini stressdan qutqarib, kuch bag`ishlaydi.</p>

<p>6. 1 dona tuxum oqini ko`pirtirib, unga 1 tomchi spirt va 2 osh qoshiq behi suvini qo`shing. Ushbu aralashma bilan yog`li yuzlarni tozalash mumkin.</p>
<p>7. Yarimta behini qirg`ichdan o`tkazib, 2 osh qoshiq qaymoq qo`shing-da, yuz va bo`yin sohangizga surting. Yarim soatdan so`ng iliq suv bilan niqobni yuvib tashlang. Bu terini vitaminlarga to`yintirib, sovuq kunlarda sizga asqotadi.</p>
<p>8. Yuzdagi ajinlarni behi bo`lagi bilan massaj qilish mumkin.</p>
<p>9. Behi bargi yoki urug`i qaynatilgan suvda sochlarni chayish qazg`oqlardan xalos etadi</p>
